This Disclaimer supplements our Terms and Conditions. By using Drivaroo (the Platform) operated by Drivaroo Pty Ltd (ACN 698 225 857), you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.

This document is provided for general information. It is not legal advice. You should obtain independent legal advice to ensure these terms meet your business needs and comply with applicable law.

Content on the Platform, including listings, messages, price guides, AI outputs, catalog suggestions, editorial summaries, finance estimates, and calculator results, is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, credit, insurance, valuation, mechanical, safety, or roadworthiness advice.

Obtain your own professional advice before buying, selling, financing, insuring, inspecting, or relying on a vehicle listing or Platform tool.

The Platform, listings, search, ranking, alerts, integrations, calculators, lookup tools, AI outputs, and third-party links are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for purpose, uptime, ranking position, leads, sales, or compatibility with your systems.

We may change, suspend, remove, or limit features at any time where reasonably required for security, compliance, performance, product improvement, or business reasons.

Drivaroo does not sell vehicles to end consumers. Sellers publish their own listings; everything shown about a vehicle on the Platform comes from the seller unless we clearly state otherwise.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of all listing information, media, and messages they provide. Drivaroo is not responsible for checking or confirming those details.

Buyers must exercise due diligence, including inspections, history checks, PPSR, identity and ownership verification, and their own enquiries, before relying on a listing or completing a purchase. Any contract is between the buyer and seller, not Drivaroo.

Drivaroo and its owners, company, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and related parties are not responsible for any wrongful, misleading, unlawful, or negligent act or omission of any user or third party using or connected with the Platform, including fraud, misdescription, inaccurate listing content, failure to complete a sale, or injury or loss arising from a vehicle or meeting.

Vehicle catalogs, make/model suggestions, VIN or registration lookups, editorial feeds, payment processing, authentication, analytics, email, SMS, hosting, push notifications, finance referrals, insurance referrals, and dealer integrations may rely on third-party services or user-supplied information.

Third-party data may be incomplete, delayed, wrong, unavailable, or subject to separate terms. Drivaroo does not control third-party sites or providers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, decisions, pricing, offers, approvals, data, or availability.

Links to third-party websites or providers are supplied for convenience only. You must review the relevant provider's terms, privacy policy, fees, eligibility rules, and disclosures before relying on them.

Drivaroo may use AI or automation to assist with descriptions, price guidance, editorial summaries, moderation, lookup interpretation, or other Platform features. AI and automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

When sellers upload no photos, Drivaroo may show Drivaroo-owned no-photo imagery or category artwork. These are original Drivaroo platform assets and are not photos of the actual listed vehicle or proof of condition.

You must not rely on Drivaroo no-photo imagery, AI summaries, or stock/category artwork as evidence of a vehicle's appearance, condition, history, accessories, colour, or availability. Ask the seller for actual photos and verify the vehicle independently.

Drivaroo is not a credit provider, credit representative, finance broker, financial adviser, insurer, insurance broker, or authorised representative unless we expressly state a separate written arrangement. Finance and insurance conversations are between you and the named dealer, lender, broker, insurer, or provider.

Finance amounts, comparison rates, repayments, approvals, and insurance references shown on the Platform are indicative only and may be supplied by dealers or third-party providers. They are not offers by Drivaroo and do not account for your personal circumstances.

If you submit a finance or insurance enquiry, you authorise us to share the details you provide with the named provider or providers so they can contact you. Their eligibility checks, advice, fees, privacy handling, and decisions are their responsibility.

Drivaroo is a unique independent platform. References to vehicle makes, model names, software providers, payment processors, finance providers, insurers, marketplaces, or other third parties are for identification, compatibility, or user-entered listing context only.

No third-party brand reference means Drivaroo has copied, is affiliated with, is endorsed by, or is sponsored by that third party. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Australian Consumer Law may apply to vehicle sales and to services Drivaroo supplies to you. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies non-excludable consumer rights, and you are not asked to waive them.

For a vehicle purchase, ACL rights (where they apply) are generally against the seller who offered the vehicle, not Drivaroo, because we are a listing platform and not the seller of that vehicle to you. ACL may apply to paid Platform services we supply directly to you.

Drivaroo is an independent listing service. We are not biased in favour of any particular user, make, model, dealer, provider, or competitor except where ranking or features are described as sponsored or featured. Badges and labels are informational, not guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release any claim against Drivaroo and its related parties arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any listing, user content, third-party data, AI output, no-photo imagery, provider referral, message, or off-platform interaction, except where such waiver or release is not permitted by law.

This Disclaimer does not replace the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy. In case of inconsistency, the Terms prevail to the extent permitted by law. Please read all legal documents in full.
